We opened the doors of our Cuéntame center in Villanueva, Casanare a year ago to create a meeting and listening space for dialogue with the community. Today, after having provided over 1,800 services to neighbors, local authorities, businesspeople and representatives of partners over 12 months of constant work, we underscore our commitment to close relations and transparency.
This initiative is part of our comprehensive territorial social dialogue strategy, through which we seek to create, consolidate and strengthen good neighborly relations based on trust and open communication. This allows us to grow together with our neighboring communities.
We firmly believe in the importance of people being able to directly access information about the activities, projects and initiatives we carry out to benefit territories. Accordingly, we created the Cuéntame program to receive, process and manage grievances and information requests from our stakeholders related to our presence in the region.
Our Cuéntame center in Villanueva is a place that protects stories, learning and shared dreams, and is critically important to dialogue and building trust.
