Puerto Asis, Putumayo. May 25, 2022 – To raise awareness about the importance of taking care of natural resources and preserving the environment we held teaching events in eight villages in the rural area of Puerto Asis municipality in Putumayo.
More than 250 of our neighbors in Putumayo strengthened their knowledge on protecting water and preserving forest ecosystems, and learned practical and effective measures to protect them.
We will continue holding these kinds of events to continue generating awareness about the importance of caring for nature, contributing to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
